The Gift of Reading!

As teachers, we know how important it is to share and develop the joy of reading with our students.  On Thursday, your child opened their Christmas gift from us; a book!
The children were given some time to look at their book, and to share their book with their friends.  We hope that you have an opportunity to sit down with your child/children over the break to share a good book with them!

Our cookie survey: We decided to make chocolate chip cookies

First we had to wash our hands

Then we got to work! We measured and stirred the ingredients with all of the parents and grandparents who came to visit.  

Then we made the cookie dough into balls to put on the tray

While the adults put the cookies into bake, we cleaned up.  It was a group effort!
