Measuring with pumpkins

After measuring our pumpkin, we measured the height (hauteur) of our students using pumpkin shapes.  We stacked foam pumpkins and put them on the wall.  Next we wrote our names on a sticky note and put our name to show how tall we are.  Finally, we talked about which students are plus grand (taller) and plus petit (shorter) and which ones were in the middle (milieu).
